Conditions
- Minimum amount: 100.000 Euro
- Interest rate per year (fixed interest rate): 8.45 %
- Interest rate per day: 8.45 % / 365 days = 0.0232 %
- Interest calculation: on a daily basis of the respective month
- Interest payment: at the end of each month
- Term: can be terminated by either party 3 working days before the end of the month
Prerequisites
- German nationals: copy of identity card or passport*
- English nationals: Copy of passport*
- Spanish nationals: Copy of ID Card or Passport & NIE number*
- Indication of current place of residence*
- Bank details IBAN*
- Deposit by bank transfer only*
- No cash deposit*
This agreement must be made in writing and signed by the lender and the borrower (Udo Amend) before the bond amount is transferred.
